Another lesson learned!

03.12.09: Long story short...JP let Eli hold the clicker to the truck, he put him in his car seat, shut the back door and grabbed the front door, during that same split second Eli locked the doors; he actually locked it about 5 times. At this point neither of us have a phone, JP's were @ home and mine was in the truck because I let Eli hold it on the way there, so JP asked to borrow a passer-by's phone. After about 5 minutes on the phone with dispatch, the lady told JP we just needed a locksmith and it wasn't an emergency, the fire department was on their way. It was about 85 outside and Eli was just chilling in the backseat. When the FD first arrived we discussed our options which were, 1)break the front window, 2)break the back window, 3)break any window; because they don't have any car kits with them. So they cut out the front passenger window, which is the least expensive to replace. I was pretty calm through out the whole ordeal, but once they got to Eli and checked him over a wave of emotions came over me and I got all teared up! Here are the repair pictures, thank you Kris (he has his own business installing almost anything you can think of for vehicles); our brother-in-law was "Johnny on the spot" with a new window for us just a couple of hours later, again THANK YOU! This will definitely be in Eli's memory book!
