ISR

Eli started his ISR lessons last month, currently we are in week #5, and hoping this will be his last week. He doesn't enjoy it, but the techniques taught will allow him to survive in the water. His instructor is in Alachua and she teaches at her home-it takes us about 10 minutes from our house. The lessons are 10 minutes a day, Monday through Friday, for about 6 weeks. Every child is different and they are taught at their pace.

Eli in the Sink

The night before, we took Eli to Peds After Hours because he had a temp over 103 and we worried he had another ear infection...and we were right. He was really congested and has a terrible time clearing his throat, which is why he is in the tub. Eli had eaten dinner and drank a cup of milk when he couldn't stop coughing...what a mess is all I am going to say. A bath always makes him feel better. :-)
The scratch in between his eyes was from hitting the mulch at school the day before...sure looks like it was concrete!

Gobble-Gobble...does this set of pics need any narration????

As most of you know JP took the Sgt.'s exam in November, he did very well and was the first to be promoted, which happened a month later in December. He worked very hard and I am so very proud of him! The formal promotions are done at the banquet which was held on March 31.
